Worship Guidelines

Please, review the following guidelines before attending public worship at All Saints’:

  • Wear a face covering (over mouth and nose) for everyone’s protection while you are in the building, regardless of vaccination status.
  • Try to keep at least 6 feet distance between family units (people who don’t live with you).
  • Avoid close contact, shaking hands, and hugging, even if it seems rude or unusual.
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow or tissue and avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
  • Please, do not enter the building if you feel sick, have a fever, have a cough, are experiencing new loss of taste and/or smell, or are experiencing shortness of breath. If you are in doubt about your state of health, call a physician.
  • COVID-19 is a serious and highly communicable disease. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. Although All Saints’ Church asks all attendees to observe certain precautions, there is no assurance of protection from exposure to COVID-19 during our worship services. The risk of exposure to COVID-19 is voluntarily assumed by all attendees.
  • If you are unable to worship with us in-person, please, join us on-line, Sundays at 11 a.m.

The guidelines, above, are largely taken from documents found on the Diocese of Southern Ohio website: https://episcopaliansinconnection.org/doing-church-during-covid-19/

Let us pray for one another, our community, and our brothers and sisters around the world.

Loving God, we pray that this church may be a place of welcome, security and compassion. Keep us watchful yet caring, trusting yet ready to question, that all who worship here may do so in safety and in the knowledge of your love; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC) recommend that you:

  1. Remain at home if you are sick. Remain at home if someone in your household is sick.
  2. Wash your hands often and keep frequently touched surfaces clean and disinfected.
  3. Exercise ‘social distancing’ of six feet.
