Joy Dransfield was born and raised in Portsmouth, Ohio and graduated from Clay High School. She moved away from the area to attend college and then worked in Houston, Texas, and Columbus, Ohio, for many years before moving back to Portsmouth in 2010. Joy worked as a legal secretary prior to joining the staff of All Saints’ in 2018. She believes that All Saints’ best asset is its friendly and caring members.
